Know who you are booking

A Business verified badge means submitted business information was reviewed by TotalNeeds. It does not guarantee the outcome of a job. Agree the scope, quote and appointment before work begins.

Reviews from completed bookings

Customers can review their own completed bookings once. Vendors can publish a clearly labelled response. We invite honest feedback from all customers, with no rewards or positive-rating requirement.

Fair moderation and corrections

Signed-in members can report reviews. Authorized moderators assess privacy, abusive content and other policy issues. Negative feedback is not automatically hidden. Ratings reflect published reviews; removed reviews do not count.

Privacy and accountability

Verification documents and private booking attachments are not public gallery photos. Vendors choose the business information and photos they publish.
